Members of the Fractional collective can be brought in to oversee, manage or execute a specific project within a specific timeframe using any combination of the people in our team. The minimum term for a project is one week and the maximum is six months.
Alternatively, our people can be recruited for a set amount of time per month, every month, for a fixed term. The minimum amount of time per month is 3 days. The maximum is 20 days. The minimum term is three months and the maximum term is 12 months.
We pride ourselves on transparency - all members of the Fractional collective are charged at £1500 per day. We also pride ourselves on the consistently high quality of our work and the value our decades of experience can offer, which is why our fees are fixed. There will always be someone who can do it cheaper. There will rarely be someone that can do it better.
All prospective clients need to attend a discovery session where at least two members of the collective will take a brief, ask questions, and come away with a clear understanding of your requirements.
We will create a proposal to cover those requirements which includes expected outcomes and ways to measure performance. Once accepted this will constitute a statement of work against which the appropriate member(s) of the collective will deliver.
